Cobalt sulfate, cobalt sulphate
Synonyms: Cobaltous sulfate, cobaltous sulphate
Formula: CoSO4
CAS NO.: 10026-24-1
M.W.: 281.10
Properties: Cobalt sulfate is a red crystal with light brown, soluble in water and methanol, but slightly soluble in ethanol and easily effloresces in air. Cobalt iii sulfate's specific gravity is 1.948. The most common form of cobalt (II) sulfate is the cobalt sulfate heptahydrate, cobalt sulfate monohydrate and cobalt sulfate anhydrous.
